Make an Appointment - American Corner Manila

Make an appointment in 3 steps. Step 1: Select a staff member. Step 2: Select an available date. Step 3: Select an available timeslot.

Visiting Hours and Access

  • Days: Tuesday to Friday
  • Time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00-4:00 PM
  • Visitors will be guided by AC staff from the DLSU North Gate (Gate 2) to AC Manila and upon departure.
  • Walk-ins will not be permitted.
  • Access is free of charge, limited to AC Manila collections and services.
  • Visits are subject to DLSU policies and academic calendar, AC staff availability, and the AC event schedule.

Registration and Requirements

  • All visitors must complete the AC Visitor Appointment Form in advance (at least two days before the intended date of visit).
  • Booking an appointment does not automatically guarantee entry. The AC staff will review your submitted details and will email you a confirmation if all information is complete and properly indicated. Requests may be declined if the submitted details are incomplete.
  • On the day of the visit, visitors are required to bring:
    • A valid school, university, or company ID
    • A copy of the email confirmation of your approved visit/appointment from AC Manila
  • Senior High School students and other minors must be accompanied by a faculty adviser, teacher, or legal guardian at all times during their visit.
  • After their visit, visitors and researchers are required to accomplish the service evaluation form.
  • In cases of class suspensions or holidays, visits are automatically considered cancelled.

Responsibilities as a Visitor

  1. Follow all rules and regulations of De La Salle University.
  2. An ID pass will be issued and must be worn at all times while inside the premises.
  3. Only American Corner Manila collections and services may be accessed. All materials are for in-room use only.
  4. For research using other collections of the Libraries, an appointment must be requested in advance via this LINK; corresponding fees may apply.
  5. Accomplish the service evaluation form.
  6. Report any incidents or issues to the attending American Corner staff immediately.
  7. Use resources only for academic, research, or educational purposes.
  8. Parking arrangements, if required, shall be the responsibility of the guest.
  9. Please dress appropriately, balancing professionalism with comfort. Consider bringing a jacket, as the venue temperature may vary. 
  10. Bringing and consuming food inside the facility is not permitted.
