Design Your Own Stickers Using Cricut Design Space and Cricut Explore 3 (Pre-Registration Required)

IAIS is a week-long event featuring exhibitions, free learning sessions, and interactive games designed to enhance students’ IL skills and raising awareness on the critical role of information literacy in their pursuit of academic and research excellence. This year's IAIS program is centered on achieving a deeper understanding of the responsible and ethical use of AI-driven resources within academic settings.

The primary objectives of the forum are the following:

• Develop basic proficiency in digital design tools - Participants will gain hands-on experience using Cricut Design Space. They will learn to navigate the software, create designs, and adjust settings to prepare their projects for cutting with the Cricut Explore 3;
• Enhance creativity and personal expression - Through designing their own stickers, participants will explore their creativity, experiment with various design elements, and express their personal style, fostering a sense of individuality and innovation in their projects; and
• Apply design concepts to real-world projects - participants will be able to translate basic design concepts into tangible products, understanding how digital tools can be used to create physical items, which can be applied to other creative or entrepreneurial endeavors.
