Born in Manila on November 8, 1953, Shane is a professional with a diverse background in logistics. He is a proud father of three sons and one daughter, and a grandfather to three grandchildren. Shane graduated from De La Salle University, College of Liberal Arts and Commerce (LIACOM), in 1974. He began his career as a Methods Analyst at Engineering Equipment, Inc. from 1974 to 1975. He then spent nearly three decades (1975–2004) with San Miguel Corporation, contributing to the beer, gin, and coke business units. From 2004 onward, Shane expanded his expertise into the optical, PVC, trucking, and sugar industries, gaining five years of experience in the latter. Currently, Shane is engaged as a consultant specializing in warehousing, physical distribution, and logistics, applying his extensive industry knowledge to optimize supply chain operations.
