Kevin is a multi-awarded librarian, educator, and advocate whose leadership journey began at 23 when he was elected as one of the youngest officers of the Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines (ASLP). He now serves as Vice President for Luzon of the Philippine Librarians Association Inc. (PLAI), Vice President of PLAI-NCRLC, PRO of ASLP, and Country Representative of the Philippines to the Special Libraries Association (SLA) Asian Community. Internationally, he is a member of IFLA and SLA Asian Community, where he received the Young Professional Librarian Award in 2021.

He founded the Magbasa Tayo Movement, which has established over 80 community reading centers nationwide, and has been a dedicated volunteer of I Am MAD (Making A Difference) since 2010, now serving as Board of Director – Consultant. His inspiring work has earned him the Library Journal Movers & Shakers Advocate Award (2023), multiple national citations from PLAI, and a feature on CNN Philippines and PTV Rise and Shine Pilipinas. 

A leader grounded in purpose, Kevin continues to empower communities and elevate the library profession with passion and service.

• to include the name of the participant in the certificate
• to profile participants by college/department/program in the library term report.
Access to your personal information is limited to authorized personnel of the Libraries. The collected personal information will be properly disposed of one month after the event.
All photos and videos collected during the event will be used for documentation and uploaded/published in the social media accounts, Library Newsette, and website of the Libraries.
