[ExperienceUSA] Tune & Tech: Designing with Music in Mind In-Person
This program is a hands-on Makerspace session where participants express how music inspires and connects people across cultures. In this mini-workshop, attendees will design and craft their own maker items inspired by songs from America that have made a personal or cultural impact on them. The learning goal is to encourage creativity and cultural appreciation by exploring how American songs influence people globally and personally through art and design.
While this activity centers on music and creativity, it also promotes digital and information literacy by encouraging students to apply technology in transforming ideas into tangible outputs. Through guided use of Makerspace tools, participants practice evaluating digital resources, designing responsibly, and producing their own creative works.
